Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

A Slice Of Heaven!!!! I saved this recipie many moons ago. Today, I tried it. This was GREAT. I had some chicken leg quarters that I dry rubbed and put on my smoker, that's another show. Anyways, this b.b.q sauce came out beyond expectations. I'm a yankee from western Pa. that is now hailed as a B.B.Q King that just happened to be born in the north. In part of this recipe was a factor. Good job Big Al. Yense (Pa. for y'all) did great.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

I had this recipie in my "recipie box" for a long time and finally made it. Step by step. Man, this is the best O-rings I ever made. The only problem was that I had no one else to share them with. I may next time I make this is to add a splash of beer in the egg wash. Not sure what ,if any, difference it'll make. But be sure this summer when I smoke a dry rubbed beef brisket. This will be a garnish when served.

Coney Island Sauce

Not quite what I was looking for also. As stated from another commentor. But it it taste great and really wasy to make. The taste sort of reminded me of steak sauce. It worked great with an all beef grilled hot dog topped with onions, mustard and pepper jack cheese. And of a good pilsner to wash it down while watching football. But thats just me. I'll be making it again.

No Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff

Really good and easy. But I did add sour cream. Had some in the fridge and needed to use it soon. But all in all I loved the outcome and will use it again. Over noodles of course.

Chicken Livers Peri Peri

Wow, what a great, easy and fun to make recipie. I was givin a pound of chicken livers and wasn't to sure what to do with them. Outside the obvious bacon wrapped version. Mmmmmmmm...... just like like the submitter stated great with bread to soak up with. The only thing I did different was the heat. It is a meal that screams "Give me hot Sauce!". A meal that has Manly Man in mind. I didn't have any Brandy but substituted Burgandy.

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

Mom's Eggnog

I thought this was a great recipie. I made it for a holiday, bring something to lunch, we had at work. It was well liked by all. Too bad I wasn't allowed to add rum. But it was still a success.

Absolutely the BEST Rich and Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing Ever!

I love blue cheese and I really loved this dressing. The problem now is deciding wings or salad for this recipie tonight. Heck with it,it is Saturday I'll have both with some beer.

Cola Pork Chops

Such a simple recipie,which isn't a bad thing, and man it was good. The only thing I did a little different was to add a bit of cornsatrch to thicken the sauce after it was done. I really enjoyed this.
