Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2007
These were excellent. I used egg roll wrappers and baked at 425 for 10-15 minutes. I sprayed them with cooking spray and they nice and crispy.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
This was excellent, we made it for Superbowl Sunday. I did follow the other reviews and substituted a can of soup with diced tomatoes. I also substituted a can of kidney bean for hot and spicy chili beans (which I didn't drain). It had a great flavor and was not too thick.

Turkey Patties

Reviewed: May 8, 2006
This were really good, I mixed the green onion with some yellow onion and also added a dash of Worcestershire sauce. We cooked them outside on the grill which turned out excellent, but put them on tray to make sure they wouldn't fall apart.

Creole Chicken I

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2005
This was very good, I found diced tomatoes with chilies and used that, at first I thought it was too watery, but once I added the cooked rice and let that sit for awhile it became the perfect consistancy. Thanks so much. :-)

Penne and Vodka Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2005
This recipe is a favorite in our house. This time I added some fresh garlic to the pancetta. Also in an effort to watch the waist line I substituted fat free half and half for the heavy cream, the fiance didn't notice a differece, so that was a success. Thanks so much for a great recipe.

BBQ Chicken Calzones

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2005
This was very good. It will be a nice filling dinner on a cold winter day. I added some fresh garlic with the onion. The only thing was since I used chicken breasts that I had to shred I found that the prep time took longer than 20 minutes. Thanks for the great recipe.

Crispy Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2005
These were very good. I used talapia fillets. I also added some breadcrumbs to the potato flakes along with some garlic and parmesan cheese. I also fried them in olive oil since I was out of cooking oil. Thanks for the recipe I will make again.

Oregon Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2004
This was excellent. I had some trouble working with the patties, so I ended up cooking them on my George Forman. It worked well and cut out the fat of the shortening. I will make again. Thanks
