Chef John's Chicken Marsala

This was so yummy and easy to make. I do not like chicken breast, so I used boneless chicken thighs. The flavors of this recipe left my mouth wanting more. Did not change anything.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

I was skeptical will all the work and time involved, but the end result was amazing. I do not like breast meat, so I used skinless, boneless thighs, covered with water added a little chunk of onion and some celery for a wonderful flavor. This recipe has been saved in my recipe box, for sure.

Famous Pork Chops

Wow this recipe is just about wrong in every way. 1st the cook time is way too long, there is no flavor with the seasoning suggested, I used 2 eggs for 5 chops that were 1" thick. I did broil to get rid of the total sogginess but it just dried them out to make 5 uneatable chops. Will never make again. UGH!

Simple Beef Pot Roast

Yes this is good but there is no need to do the veges seperate. You can brown the meat and add the veges. Will taste the same. My only extra was to add 1/2 cup red wine. Tenderizes the meat even more and ooh the flavor.

Brandied Shrimp with Pasta

I am not a pasta person and have been cooking for over 40 years and this had to be the best pasta dish I have ever tasted. Did the recipe exact and did not change 1 thing. Can't wait to make it again and again and again. If you have more recipes Steve....post them.

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

DON'T CHANGE A THING. I have been making roast beef for 45 years. This is by far the best. Could not find a good bone roast so went without. Tastes fantastic.

This is great as is....no changes. Frankly I think for someone to change any recipe to their liking ......keep it to yourself or you post a new version. To sweet... to salty......to rich...... change this or that, I think it is insulting to the person who created it. My opinion.

This is sooooo good. I used white bread dough and a 9 x 13 pizza stone. The crust was super thin a and crunchy. The only slight change I would make is a little more thousand island dressing.

Triple Dipped Fried Chicken

This is a fair recipe. Not spicy with pepper enough for my taste and not nearly enough salt. Though cooked to specific directions, it was lacking a good amount of the crunchiness. I will make again but double the pepper in the dried mixture and add a little more salt to the batter.
