No-Peek Beef Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2003
While the smell of this stew was FANTASTIC, I have to say we were abit disappointed with the overall taste. Bland. I couldnt get over it. Maybe next time I will add more seasonings and try to thicken up the stew to more of a gravy. We served it over rice and this was great, but it just needs more punch and thickness.

Basic Hummus

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2004
This is a great basic recipe! We didnt have sesame seeds, so we just added loads of garlic, paprika, curry, and lemon juice. Definately a keeper.

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2004
We loved this! Super easy! We cooked it whole, and cut it up after it was finished cooking; it cooked in the slow cooker for 8 hrs on low. Crowd pleaser! We added bbq sauce instead of all of the ketchup the recipe called for. Delicious.

This recipe was wonderful. We used green salsa instead of red and it turned out fanatastic.

Stuffed Mushrooms III

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2004
We added pork sausage, bread crumbs, eggs, and some chicken broth to this recipe as well as the mushroom stems to this recipe and we have recieved nothing but compliments. This recipe gave us a good foundation to build on; it sounded a bit bland, but with a few additions it really takes off!

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 21, 2004
Best cookies I have ever had. I made 4 batches and mixed raisins in with one of them. I also mixed semisweet milk choc chips with the white and they are DELICIOUS. Thanks for a fantastic recipe.

Turkey Posole

Reviewed: May 21, 2004
We have made this 2 times and both times we have loved it. This last time we didnt have turkey, so we used chicken. STILL GREAT! It works really well with lime juice, chopped onions, and crumbled tortilla chips thrown on top. LOVE THIS.

Chocoholic's Nightcap

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
Delicious. I put 2 Tablespoons Irish Cream ( long day) and used splenda instead of sugar and fat free milk. Totally justified.
