Sausage, Potato, Carrot Bake

Great recipe! I used one package regular smoked sausage and one package turkey smoked sausage, and I used unpeeled red potatoes and cut them into smallish pieces. Since I was in a hurry, I bumped up the oven temp to 375, put everything into my roaster, covered it, and it was done in about 40 minutes.

Baked Beans II

Simple changes to spice this dish up a notch and according to what I had on hand: Substituted Spicy Mustard for regular Mustard and Soy Sauce for the Worcestershire. Reduced the Brown Sugar and Ketchup to 1/4 cup each. Omitted the Salt [because there's enough in the Canned Beans] and sprinkled Black Pepper liberally into the mixture. Yum!!!

Paleo Slow Cooker Pork Loin

This is amazing! I only made a few changes according to what I had on hand... Apple Juice for the orange, Onion Soup Mix for the chicken bouillon, left out the raisins and salt and waited until it was all cooked to strain the juice and add the water and Corn Starch mixture to make the gravy. Served it w/Rice flavored w/Goya Adobo, Green Peas w/Onion and Dill, and Peppered Italian Green Beans. The pork is very moist and tender and flavorful. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

EASY, Delicious and Amazing way to cook a turkey breast! I substituted Thyme and Oregano because I didn't have Onion Soup mix. I put the Turkey Breast on a bed of Onions and Garlic and put a little Olive Oil over the top. I thought I would miss the "browning" that the oven does, but this Turkey Breast is perfect and simple!

Potatoes and Carrots

Generously sprinkling dried Tarragon on top takes away the blandness. I also ditched the sweet potatoes, added garlic and substituted a lesser amount of olive oil. LOVED IT!
