Grilled Delmonico Steaks

This was amazing! We made it for Father's Day. My husband, son, and father absolutely loved it. We used reduced-sodium tamari in place of soy sauce (was all we had). We also eliminated the salt as recommended by other reviews. My husband, by habit, almost doused his steak when done with A1 sauce when I told him to stop and taste the steak first since it had been marinated over night. He loved it and didn't use any additional condiments on his steak. Thank you for sharing. Will be using this recipe again in the future.

Grilled Baked Potatoes

This was awesome!!! We had it for Father's Day. I'm a vegetarian so I basically had these with grilled asparagus. My husband, my son, and my dad had this with the Delmonico steak recipe on this site as well as grilled asparagus brushing on the same mixture from this recipe. Heavenly! Great healthy alternative to baked potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Portobello Mushroom Burgers

This was absolutely amazing... better than a regular hamburger. This was my best meal so far since going vegan. Even my carnivorous son and hubby were surprised how good it was when I let them have a bite. My son kept looking at my burger as he ate his regular hamburger. I highly recommend this recipe... as is!

Bacon Cheese Frittata

I was really surprised at how flavorful this came out! I wasn't expecting much despite the reviews, just because the ingredients seemed simple... nothing extraordinary. I was so wrong. My husband loved it, topped it with some hot sauce. Great! Next time, for a tex-mex kick I might add some chopped jalapenos rather than the green onions! It's a keeper!

Perfect Turkey

Turkey was great, flavorful, and moist!! The presentation on the other hand wasn't great. It didn't have the beautiful golden skin as in years past. I guess that's the sacrifice!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

We thought it was very good and very quick. Since I didn't have my measuring spoons, I think I may have put a little too much mayo as we ended up with a sauce rather than a crust. It seemed as though the parmesan cheese melted so there was no texture. Even still, it was very tasty and my husband loved it.

Apple Pork Chops

I tried this in the slow cooker as mentioned by several previous reviews. Cooked on low for about 7 hours or so. Being somewhat of a novice cook, I followed the directions as mentioned but followed others advice for more flavor. Didn't work out too well. My husband didn't touch it. I didn't find it tasty at all. Judging by the other reviews, maybe I did something wrong and missed it. Needless to say, we won't be trying this again. I have much better success on other recipes.

Honey Garlic Ribs

I wanted to try something different and I was pleased with how the recipe turned out. It was easy and the sauce was extremely yummy. My husband likes old fashioned bbq ribs, but when he tasted these he LOVED them. He wanted to take the leftovers to work with him the next day. This one's a keeper. I will take others advice and double the sauce since it's soooo good.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

This was an excellent dish(the first recipe I used from this website). My husband loved it and my four year old son. I will definitely use it again in the future. I couldn't get enough of the sauce. I rarely cook sweet dishes. However, it was just the right touch of sweet, not overpowering.
