Chicken Paprikash

I've only eaten this once before making it today. Except for using Hungarian paprika, I followed this recipe exactly. The chicken turned out tender and much to my surprise, the dumplings were not bland- they were very tasty. All of my family liked it so we added it to the "will make again" list.

Crab Rangoon

Absolutely the best! Followed the recipe exactly and chose to deep fry. The crab cheese was soft and very flavorful. Will definitely make these again. The whole family enjoyed them.

Pepper Jelly Appetizer

I tried both red pepper jelly and jalapeño jelly. I liked the red pepper better. Basically the jelly with the cheese creates a spicy cheese flavor. Tasted neither good nor bad. Presents ugly. Brought to a meeting. Will not create again.

Strawberry Whipped Sensation

Strawberry part is easy to make. I poured it over choc graham pie crust and froze it that way. Husband liked it slightly thawed and i liked it frozen. Yummy. Easy. Will make again. Will try other fruit too.

Smoked Fish Dip

I followed the recipe, tasted it, added more smoke, and enjoyed! Theres still an element that is missing but this dip is still very close to the dip Ive had in florida. I eat mine on a cracker with a piece of sweet onion and a small amount of sliced jalapeno. YUM!

Bill's Sausage Gravy

I just made this today. Followed recipe but with mild sausage. It tasted great! I made it for my husband, who is search for the best sausage gravy. He said it was a close 2nd and gobbled it up. I do not like biscuits and gravy and before I served it I tasted it. Its good. I didn't have a plate but I dipped a few pieces of biscuit in it. I added it to my recipe box and will make it again. Oh, I do not like to cook and I found this rather easy. Give it a try!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

The best I have ever had! Just made it tonight. Followed the recipe exact. Did make double of the breadcrumb toping. Husband loved it, 8 year old son liked it, sister loved it too. Simple preparation but dirties 3 pans. Will definitely make this again.

The Best Thai Coconut Soup

Very tasty. Completely pleased. Not spicy at all. Love the cilantro. I added curry paste to taste. I made double batch and much went to waste, only because it yielded too much. Its appetizer like. This is not a dinner soup, this will not fill you up.

Easy Corn and Crab Chowder

I have made this recipe twice. More prep than I like. I did not use wine. This soup is very good, high end restaurant quality. Not fishy at all. Add fish sauce for a more fishy flavor. Would make it again.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Quick n easy. My 7 year old loved it and ate it for left overs for a few days - and didnt complain! Husband enjoyed it. To me it was just ok. Wouldnt add this regularly in the meal rotation.

Salisbury Steak

This is the first time ever eating SS from something other than a TV dinner. The meat was very tasteful and could taste the onion soup. My family and I loved it. Unfortunately, it did not taste as good as leftovers. There was enough for 2 adults and one child with leftovers for one lunch. Will make again.

Garlic Prime Rib

I have never eaten or prepared PR before. I made this using a 2lb PR (PR is costly) and used butter instead of oil. Other than overcooking it, it tasted delish! The outside was crisp and tasteful, inside the meat was tender. It does dry out very quickly (over cooked). I didnt think to adjust the cooking time based on my PR's size. I will attemp it again for dinner and plan to make it for X-MAS.

Carrot Cake III

Very delicious!! I am a novice cook and dislike cooking BUT it is my husbands bday and carrot cake is his fav. I followed the instructions exactly. The cake (including the batter), was great tasting and moist. The frosting was perfect for me, a little sweet for my husband. Would make it again - if I had to for the husband!

Lucy's Mac and Corn

Made this in a crockpot. It needed more cheese to cut back on the greasiness. Tasted like the mac n cheese from a "famous" rib place. Would add diced japs next time for spicyness.

Baked Pork Chops I

Very good tasting. The coating I fried on it gave it another flavor dimension. Made extra gravy by using 2 cans of mush soup, 3/4 milk, and 2/3 wine. The gravy was so tasty. Made this with corn casserole. I admit that I am not much of a cook but I managed to make this. Pork was easy to tear apart, but more firm when chewing. Family loved it and said that they would like it again.
