The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
hi im in the uk and have been looking for a sugar cookie mix for halloween just gone and thought i would try this one ! after a little panic at first as the dough was very sticky so added more flour and when i got into oven this seemed to " flop and spread" which i evenually sorted out by decreasing the oven time and basicially keeping an eye on but once i sorted this one they were perfect makes so many as well think i have nearly 70 cookies in the end and they held there shape and they tasted amazing i am making some more from christmas and i will post some photos! just for reference all purpose flour in the uk is plain flour .thank you for youe recipe xx

Key Lime Pie VII
Hi i am from the uk and have been wanting to make some popular american pies but have struggled to get some of the ingredients needed because they are not available over here! for example key limes! i have researched into this and have been told on several sites that a key lime is actually yellow? anyway i have not been able to get anything of the sort over here so i have used the original green lime , again graham crackers are not in the uk we have the digestive biscuit which is the same and we use this in our cheesecake bases. i prepared everything as stated and it was so delicious ! to be honest i have nothing to compare it to as i have never had it before but it was so good! when done a storn with my family will be using this recipe again for sure! such a easy straight forward recipe to follow. Thank you xx

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie
Hi i am from the uk and have wanted to try some popular american pies for some time and have never had the courage to try new things and even more so that the items that i need to make them are not available over here! so i used a fresh small pumpkin as we dont have canned pumpkin in the uk and i followed the guide on how to cook and puree again we dont have pumpkin spice mix so i used another recipes on this website which consists of nutmeg, cinnamon , ground ginger , cloves and a little bit of all spice and and it tasted wonderful to be honest i have never had this before so i have nothing to go by but the texture was soft and the sweetness was just right for me and it was a big hit with my family and i will be using this recipe again thank you so much for a easy to follow recipe xxx
