Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2010
Mwood COMPLETELY changed the recipe and then gave her own recipe 5 stars. Just make the recipe as people submmit them and rate that recipe. Or else submit your own recipe. I just don't get this and I see it so often on this site. This recipe as is was very good.

Elegant Zucchini and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2010
A wonderful and easy side dish. I served this with grilled steak. I did use Feta instead of blue cheese which was just a personal choice. It was really delicious and I highly recommend this recipe.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
This was delicious! However in a 9 x 13 pan it was very flat. I will add at least 2 more cups of fruit next time and cut back on the sugar a little. I did add 1 t. of cinnamon to the crust because I'm a cinnamon lover. Very good recipe and definitely a keeper for me.

Applesauce Custard Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
Just made this and it is absolutely wonderful. I used Musselmen's Chunky Applesauce and followed the recipe exactly. It set up perfectly and was one of the easiest pies I've ever made. Great recipe, Cathy.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 13, 2008
This is probably the best pork tenderloin recipe that I've tried. Served it with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. Will certainly make many more times.

Pumpkin Apple Butter

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2007
Just finished making this and it is so delicious! As one reviewer said, make sure your pan is very tall because it really splashes up even on lowest heat. I ended up sitting the lid askew on the pan and it worked fine. Also, just to be helpful regarding the amount...I doubled the recipe and got exactly 13 8oz. Ball plastic freezer jars. This is a really easy recipe..don't be afraid to try it, you won't be disappointed. Thanks, Robbin

Spinach and Potato Frittata

Reviewed: May 15, 2007
This was awesome exactly as is. However the cooking method really doesn't work. You have to work some of the egg down over the sides of the frittata when on the burner and then when bottom is done, put it in a 400 degree over for 7 or 8 minutes. It's the only way I found to get he egg done with frittatas. The taste of this one is excellent and will make it again.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: May 14, 2007
Made this for Mother's Day and it was a huge hit with the family. I also used more balsamic and less soy sauce as some others had suggested. Otherwise I made it exactly as stated. Exellent!!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: May 14, 2007
Like the few before me I made this for Mother's Day. It was a HUGE hit. I made it exactly as stated and it was perfect. I don't understand the people who say they made this recipe, but change so many things that it's definitely not the same recipe. It is awesome just the way it is!

Tuscan Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2006
I'll add to all the other positive reviews. This was fantastic!! Also one of the easiest soups I have made. The flavor was so good and all we had with it was a loaf of crispy bread. Thank you Diane.

Tanya's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2004
I wanted to like these cookies, but was disappointed. They are very Blah...and I wish I hadn't used the almond extract as it overpowered the cookies. I won't make them again because they didn't go over well with my family.
