I love, love, love how fast and simple it is to make pizza sauce! The first time I made it, I followed the recipe to a '"t". It was really good, but I was looking for a particular taste, so I eliminated the parmesian cheese, and it was perfect!! Exactly what I was looking for! I use it with the basic pizza crust recipe on this site, and I top the pizza with sausage, pepperoni, olives, and sautee'd mushrooms, onions, and peppers! It's one of the best pizzas that I've had!
