Cabbage on the Grill

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2003
I like cabbage but this recipe just didn't do it for me. I can't even think of anything that could improve this recipe.

B.L.T. Salad with Basil Mayo Dressing

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2003
This salad tasted really good...however, don't add the dressing until right before you eat it. Otherwise it becomes too soggy. I loved the salad dressing though...unlike anything I have ever tasted.

Red Bean Salad with Feta and Peppers

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2003
A very tasty salad. I have made it a few times and the only changes I made were to add 3 cloves of garlic instead of 1 and I used a small spanish/red onion instead of 2 green onions. And I also used "Olive and Oregano" Feta cheese. But the original recipe is still really amazing.

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2003
This tasted really good but had too much liquid...I will definately cut back next time. And as other people suggested, use more chicken and/or shrimp.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2003
This recipe was absolutley amazing and very easy. I did follow some of the suggestions from previous raters(Mushroom soup sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup sour cream & 1 tbsp of lemon juice-served on top when finished; coated chicken in egg before adding bread crumbs; cooked at 400 for 25 min and I also added a small pat of butter to each breast before cooking). I would also suggest not to use sandwich ham. Anyway, my boyfriend wants to marry me after tasting this recipe! Thanks!

My boyfriend(who is from the middle east) said this is the best salad he had ever had in his entire life! The sumac really enhances this salad. I will definately use this recipe often.
