Banana Bread VII
The recipe is great. Only thing is that I don't make it in a loaf pan since it expands so much. I make it in my cast iron skillet and cut the baking time in half. I just love this recipe, it's almost cake-like. I do recommend the 1/2 white sugar 1/2 brown sugar. It just gives it a little extra.

Irish Steaks
Perfect! Best recipe I've found on here even better than the Alfredo Blue. Only thing I did different was use 1 big sirloin steak instead of 4 little ones which I cut into strips before serving with sauce on top, cut the onions into strips which was nice in the sauce and I didn't use Jameson, I used 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey which is a personal favorite and served with steamed new potatoes. Absolutely perfect.

The Best Banana Pudding
I love this recipe! It is a hit everytime I make it, whether it is for a get together or just for my husband. Only thing I change is I use 6 bananas, 14 is way too many and I use 16oz of coolwhip, 12oz in the pudding and the remaining on top with some crushed wafers. Absolutely delicious!
