Made these the other night. I am not a pork eater, but DH liked them. There was to much liquid so will cut back on it next time.
Here are the changes I made. Used boneless sirlion chops, sauted 1/2c each celery and onion in 1/2 cup butter then added to 6 cups dried stuffing. Also added 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 tsp sage to stuffing along with poultry seasoning (1/2tsp). Used 2 cans cream of mushroom w/roasted garlic 1/3c water and 1/3 c sherry. Will probably cut it back to just the sherry w/soup and 1/4c broth w/stuffing.
