Made this exactly as written. It was good but wasn't so amazing as other reviews have said. To me it tasted very traditional, nothing special. I was hoping for something a bit different flavor-wise. Maybe I'm just not a pot-roast gal!

AWESOME. I made this with triple the spices as I had a bigger roast. As far as ratio, it was about double the spices for the 4 pounds of pork that is called for here. You should be able to judge for yourself if you need more spice mixture, it should cover the roast's top and sides. It came out GREAT!!!! Definitely going in the recipe book! We served with cilantro lime rice, black beans, salsa, cheese, sour cream, avocado, lime juice, red onions and cilantro. It literally tasted just like Chipotle's burrito bowl except FRESHER. You NEED to try this!!!! I was in heaven!
