... now, what to do with all of it? I participate in a food co-op called Bountiful Baskets. Once a week I place an order for a basketful of random produce, never know what I'll get from week to week but there's always a bunch of recipe possibilities there.
This week I'll be trying out Swiss chard and kale for the first time. Will also be juicing oranges and pineapples, and drying the strawberries and apples to put into homemade yogurt. Yum!
