Chile Garlic BBQ Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
My husband loved this! Used ginger spice, and lime juice, and omitted the onions as garnish, and cooked in the oven at 425, but it was still awesome! Will definitely add to my salmon repertoire!

Outstanding! A little on the liquidy side, but the taste was phenomenal!

Skillet Zucchini

Absolutely yummy! I did everything as written, except I had to use canned diced tomatoes (drained). This will be a staple in our veggies!

Grilled Salmon Fillets with a Lemon, Tarragon, and Garlic Sauce

Reviewed: May 3, 2010
Perfect addition to your salmon recipes. We also used it as a sauce over our side of broccoli. We will definitely make this again soon!

Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Definitely our favorite salmon recipe. We used soy instead of teriyaki, but it still turned out great.

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
This was a definite hit with our family! I added the onion and garlic per other review, and also used Cream of Mushroom soup with the salsa instead of Cream of Chicken. My husband loved it and my little ones really enjoyed the meat/rice mixture separately (they don't care for casserole type meals). We will add this as a staple to our menu!

This was a little too bland for our taste.

Beer-Boiled Shrimp

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
We would definitely make this again with a mellower beer (my husband's treasured home brew made it a little too hoppy!). Good suggestion for adding Old Bay.

Hot and Tangy Broccoli Beef

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2006
We enjoyed this dish for dinner. I added the extra garlic and liked it, although didn't find it spicy at all. Doubling the pepper flakes to 1/4 tsp. might do the trick. We will make this again.

Amazing Butternut Squash

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
I have made this 3 times now and love it. It is onerous to peel and chop, but is worth it in the end. I would definitely recommend using a thicker pan to cook it in as it was spread too thin in a baker and dried out a bit. Overall a great side to serve with many dishes (we have done lamb and now turkey).

Apple Pie IV

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
This was a great Thanksgiving pie! After reading the reviews, I decided to saute the apples (I used 5 Granny Smith) with 1/4 cup of butter. After the apples had softened I added 1/2 c. sugar and the rest of the ingredients. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for an easy, delicious pie.

Chili con Carne I

Reviewed: May 16, 2006
It was a good basis for a simple chili if you don't have a mix packet; however, it needs more uumph. We added salt, more chili powder and more onion. After that, it was pretty good.

Taco Seasoning II

Good mix, but like the others I would say too much paprika. It pays to read the reviews BEFORE you cook :)
