Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2013
Amazing Recipe - I used Baby Ray's Steak Marinade & Ketchup (didn't have the other stuff) and used Christmas Ale for the beer. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Did a 7 lb brisket.. SHOCKED at how tender. Also, I trimmed the fat & didn't marinate or anything.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2012
I've made this over and over with perfect results each time! I use red wine or cranberry juice in place of water, I do not add the seasoning packet (too salty) and add vegetables on bottom of pot. So, its basic and some may think bland but you can season as you like which is part of the beauty! It has always turned out so tender and perfect!

Mrs Rieper's Succulent Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2012
Loved the flavor but even using cornstarch, it didn't get as thick as I'd like. HOWEVER... I added crushed red pepper flakes and served with rice w/ green and red peppers it was excellent! I think baking it longer would have been better too...we always get our pork chops cut 1 1/2 " thick but didn't have the time to do that. Will definitely make this again!
