Blonde Brownies IV

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2011
This recipe was delicious. I made it exactly the way it is written. I used the full bag of chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate chips). I didn't think it was too much chocolate. I did, however, have to bake it much longer. I probably baked it 22 to 25 minutes. This was delicious right out of oven.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
Made these to go with chili. Very good. I will probably use diced jalapenos next time instead of green chilis as we would have liked a little more flavor. As recommended, I only used one stick of butter and 3/4 c sugar and that was perfect.

This is delicious. I made it exactly the way the recipe says. It takes some time for it to thicken but it was perfect.

Fry Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2012
This is good. Needed a little more zip to it for me. I added a sprinkle of seasoned salt, 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon fry seasoning (from the Amish store).

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
I used the ingredients exactly like the original recipe. I used fresh shredded cheddar cheese and not the bagged. I mixed it all together on the stove before putting in the crock pot. It came out perfectly and was delicious.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2012
I've been trying different banana bread recipes. Trying to find a really good one. I think this is the one! My husband said it's the best ever!! Made it exactly the way the recipe says except that I added 1/4 tsp cinnamon. I did sprinkle some Pamp Chef "sweet cinnamon sprinkle" on top. I used 2 regular loaf pans and it was ready at about 35-40 mins.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
I followed this recipe exactly. It was the best I have ever made. I use this recipe for cupcakes. Last time I made 28 cupcakes and I had maybe 3/4 cup of frosting left. I used the pampered chef accent decorator to pipe this frosting onto cupcakes. Towards the end it started getting just a tad runny but not bad. I just put my frosted cupcakes in the refrigerator for a while. DELICIOUS!!! I didn't think it was too cream cheesey or not sweet enough. Perfect for pumpkin, carrot or even banana flavored cakes or cupcakes.
