Cream Cheese Frosting II
I followed this recipe exactly. It was the best I have ever made. I use this recipe for cupcakes. Last time I made 28 cupcakes and I had maybe 3/4 cup of frosting left. I used the pampered chef accent decorator to pipe this frosting onto cupcakes. Towards the end it started getting just a tad runny but not bad. I just put my frosted cupcakes in the refrigerator for a while. DELICIOUS!!! I didn't think it was too cream cheesey or not sweet enough. Perfect for pumpkin, carrot or even banana flavored cakes or cupcakes.

Cathy's Banana Bread
I've been trying different banana bread recipes. Trying to find a really good one. I think this is the one! My husband said it's the best ever!! Made it exactly the way the recipe says except that I added 1/4 tsp cinnamon. I did sprinkle some Pamp Chef "sweet cinnamon sprinkle" on top. I used 2 regular loaf pans and it was ready at about 35-40 mins.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
I used the ingredients exactly like the original recipe. I used fresh shredded cheddar cheese and not the bagged. I mixed it all together on the stove before putting in the crock pot. It came out perfectly and was delicious.
