Smoked Salmon Tortellini with Bechamel Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
The base was very nice. I like the hint of nutmeg. I wanted something a beat creamier so I added in a liberal amount of parmesan cheese which was delicious! I also cut down on calories a bit by using smart balance butter substitute and skim milk.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
Yum yum yum. I did not have the different cheeses and just added the parmesan and it was delicious. My only criticism is that it is not so creamy and did not reheat well the next day. So don't plan on making extra for later. This is definitly a cook and serve!

Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
we loved these cookies and the yummy brownie like consistency. I made them a bit bigger than the recipe and just watch them so they don't burn. With the first batch I thought they weren't done so I left them in longer. the they burned! So I realized the center will be pretty soft when you take them out!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2005
The chickne came out great-really easy and delicious. The sauce was only okay. I would make the chicken again but with a different sauce. I also used another readers suggestion of adding 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt as I did not have self rising flour-worked great thanks!

Chicken and Peppers with Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2005
Great! I wanted something different to do with chicken breasts and this was great and lowfat. I added much more basil than the recipe called for but I like things with more flavor. My husband loved it!

Chinese Style Sesame Sauce

This sauce was very good-almost like the restaurant!! I did use a bit less vinegar than even listed as the taste is very strong. I also did not have chile paste so made without. Loved it thanks!

This was just great! I made them into 24 muffins and gave them out at work. Based on other reviewers, I only put in 3/4 cup oil and 2 1/2 cups sugar. Yummy!

Carole's Sesame Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2005
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I added extra ginger to the dressing for more flavor and I grilled the chicken seasoned with salt and pepper on the Foreman which was perfect. I also used 2 small heads of cabbage and 3 chicken breasts for two of us. I too used the chow mein noodles and the crunchiness in the salad was great. Would definitly make again.

Pretty easy to make and the taste was okay. I still think just buying the Hunts pizza sauce is the best one I have had so far-probably not the answer you are looking for!

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2005
This was so easy to make and the meat came out to tender and delicious. I cut up potatoes and put them in as well and it made an extra side dish. I put in a bit less sugar as everyone suggested and that worked out well. I still wish that it had a little extra kick to the taste so if anyone has any good suggestions please let me know!
