Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
WOW.....this was amazing. I used Guiness for the beer and didn't have a garlic bulb so added the spice pack with 4 tsp of minced garlic into a spice bag for flavoring. I also made this in the crockpot cooking it for approximately 8 hours. I then used the juice (which didn't need a thing added to it) and cooked my carrots, cabbage, potato and onion on the stove. I drained the broth and used it to pour over the corned beef.

Irish Lamb Stew
I also used stew meat for this recipe because I was too cheap to spend $30 for a lamb shoulder not knowing if the recipe was any good. It was excellent and will definately try with lamb next time. I added some flour and water at the end to thicken it up. Also when it says to add the carrots, potatos and onions, do not add the potatos. Wait until the carrots and onions are soft and then add the potatos. The potatos cook much faster then the others. Flavor was amazing!!

Bailey's Irish Cream Brownies
I made these exactly how the recipe reads and they were excellent. I would definately make them again I did use the icing which is basically a butter frosting. The brownies do not need frosting but they are great with or without it.
