eh. i felt like it didnt have that much flavor. i followed the recipe exactly. the best part was the fried onions for sure. otherwise, it was kinda bland and boring. people did eat it all up at the potluck i brought it to, so i cant be too upset.

Ahi Poke Basic

i combined all the ingredients (minus the mac nuts) before i poured the mixture onto the tuna. i ended up using about 2/3 of everything. i definitely would agree with others that said to use low sodium soy sauce. i didn't and i thought it was way too salty. my friends thought it was good still.

delicious cookies! i brought them to a meeting at work, and everyone loved them. so soft and chocolately. i'll definitely make them again! =)

Classic Bran Muffins

great muffins! i made them to bring with me on a ski trip. everyone loved them. i've made them again using apple sauce instead of the oil, and you can't even tell the difference. much healthier that way, and still tastes great! =)
