Had twin boys when I was 18 then helped raise my husbands 2 girls many years after my boys left home. Taught them all how to do kitchen basics just as my mother taught me. They all love to cook.

Tomato Soup Cake II
WONDERFUL and MOIST!!! I did take the advice of a couple reviews--Used regular flour, used 1/3 c.brown sugar with the cup of white, used my home made apple sauce instead of shortning, and swapped the soda and baking powder amounts. Have made it twice in 3 days and took one cake to work. They couldn't tell there was tomato soup in it and OH SO MOIST. I will for sure be baking this one again. Shypurple

Pumpkin Pie Squares
This was wonderful and really EASY. I used a 9x13 pan and was just enough crust. I wouldn't want more crust as it would overpower the pumpkin. I did add 1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice, along with the other spices. Just added a little more zing to it. Will make this again soon. Thanks

Potato Chips
WHAT a SUPRISE to try this and was TERRIFIC!!! I used parchment paper on large round plate and coated the paper with a small amount of oil. Placed paper thin potatoe slices on and then seasoned with Jonny's. I cooked them for 5 to 6 min. and WOW!! they were crisp and REALLLLY good. Have made them for several of my friends and they were suprised too, that they came out of a microwave. Can't wait to try this with sweet potatoes. THANK YOU for a GREAT recipe.
