Foolproof Rib Roast
If there were more stars I would give them to this recipe! I can't say enough wonderful things about this prime rib. It is so easy and, having made it a few times, It is foolproof. I followed the cooking instructions EXACTLY and believe this is the secret to cooking it right. I did cheat a little and added a teaspoon of dried thyme. Wow!!! It just doesn't get any better than this! - Linda O.

Phoenician's Key Lime Pie
This is a delicious pie and it bakes out well. It's texture is very creamy; the heavy cream is probably why. However, even though it is delicious, bakes well and is easy to prepare, I prefer a more dense (or thick) key lime pie with more key lime taste. It could be that by using the heavy cream, it dilutes the key lime flavor. Once again it is a good pie; just not my favorite. - Linda O.

Tuscan Flank Steak
I made this recipe with no changes. I don't know if it was the flank steak I purchased or what, but it was so tough we couldn't chew it, and no I did not over cook it. Maybe it would work better with a different cut of beef, but I also found it just was not very flavorful and I marinated it for 8 hours.
