Love, love, love this recipe. After reading through the reviews, I made a few adjustments. I made the sauce with equal parts honey and dijon mustard - make however much you want. I found that a little more than 1/2 cup each was plenty. I also omitted the lemon pepper, these had plenty of flavor without it. I used chicken tenderloins, so I reduced the baking time to 20 minutes and they were done but still moist. I cooked the bacon in the microwave while the chicken was in the oven, then crumbled it. I added the crumbled bacon and colby jack cheese to the top of the chicken, baked until the cheese was melted, about 7 minutes. My husband fell in love with me all over again for making this, and my kids actually ate something new! Definitely adding this to our dinner rotation.
