Excellent recipe! Turned out great. Definitely read the reviews and use the suggestions. I baked it at 375 for 45 minutes. I doubled the spices and cooked the veggies in chicken broth. I made my own pie crusts. I also added fresh garlic with the onions, and I think that really did the trick! Also, I added just a little bit of half and half as well and doubled the milk and broth so it wouldn't be dry. Hubby said it's the best pot pie he ever had! Gave it a 4, because of the modifications. :)
