Chicken Pot Pie IX

Excellent recipe! Turned out great. Definitely read the reviews and use the suggestions. I baked it at 375 for 45 minutes. I doubled the spices and cooked the veggies in chicken broth. I made my own pie crusts. I also added fresh garlic with the onions, and I think that really did the trick! Also, I added just a little bit of half and half as well and doubled the milk and broth so it wouldn't be dry. Hubby said it's the best pot pie he ever had! Gave it a 4, because of the modifications. :)

Mulligatawny Soup I

Great recipe!! Next time I would definitely not add the apple. I added two tablespoons of curry powder instead and some extra chicken. and towards the end I used sour part of it all! Also, I squeezed some lemon once the soup was done and that really added to the taste!
