Mushroom, Cheese, and Haddock Bake

Mixed Berry Smoothies

I really enjoy this. Easy to make. The last few times I have used V8 V-Fusion light strawberry banana, Stonyfield 0% fat french vanilla, and mixed frozen fruit. Yummy.

Hot and Sour Chinese Eggplant

After reading some of the reviews, I cooked an onion and some garlic in a wok first. Then I added a red pepper, mushrooms, broccoli, sirloin steak & ginger. Next time I will use shrimp or chicken breast. I served it with rice. We both loved it.

Little Lamb Meatballs in a Spicy Eggplant Tomato Sauce

We really liked the taste. Nice flavor. Next time I will add more marinara sauce and broth. Unless I did something wrong, I had a lot of meatballs and not much sauce.

Creamy Summer Squash Soup

Great soup for a nice summer day. Ater reading what others had done, I used basil instead of the tarregon and I added onion and celery. I only added some cheese to the soup when it was in the bowl to be served. We both liked it. I will make some more with out the cream, as another lady said, so I can freeze it.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Hamburger Soup I

This is so easy to make. My husband & I loved it. I had some extra ground beef at home. I found this recipe and made it. This was perfect. I used green beans instead of carrots. I used low-fat beef broth instead of bouillons and water. I will make this again!

Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup

I used Veggy Broth instead of the 2 quarts of water. I did not add the 3/4 cup of water. I added some basil and dill at the end and 1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar at the end. This is so yummy!! Perfect for the beets in our garden - this is a great recipe for that. I am going to make more of this, to freeze to have later this winter

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna

I cooked the veggies about 10 minutes longer. I also added an onion. I did as some others said, and used 1 egg instead of the egg substitue; I used 4 cuts of spagheti sauce; and I precooked the lasagna for top before putting it on. It was very good. I will add some more basil to it next time. Yummy.

Healing Cabbage Soup

This was so easy to make and very good. I use vegetable stock broth or chicken broth instead of the water and bouilon. We both loved it. Great for all the cabbage we have growing outside.
