This was delicious! I made it by the actual recipe, unlike most reviewers who modify. I don't believe in rating a recipe if you've modified it, because it's not the same recipe, anymore. In any case, I made this according to the actual recipe, using Pillsbury ready made pie crusts, and it was so good! I had no trouble with it being dry, as many other reviewers have mentioned. It was thick and creamy and just perfect! The only problem that I had was that using a standard 9" Pyrex pan this yielded too much filing, so I had to sort of pile it all in and use the extra crust dough to seal it shut, but even overfilling it this pie didn't leak and it came out beautifully! I definitely recommend it. Also, this was my first ever attempt at pot pie, so it's easy enough for a beginner to make!
