The only thing I did different was the cooking method. I do not have a pressure cooker, so I fried the ribs in an iron skillet, then placed them in a glass casserole dish with the onions and sauce. I covered it with foil and baked at 250 degrees for about 3 hours. It was so tender and juicy! My husband and the children enjoyed it immensely!
