As others have shared, this recipe is fantastic. Not only was this absolutely delicious, it was also easy to make. This was the first time I ever made tiramisu and I will definitely make it again using this recipe. Although it was difficult, I waited 24 hours to eat it and it was definitely worth the wait. The flavors were much richer and blended then they were the day I made it. As others suggested, I also doubled the coffee/rum mixture. I could only find the hard ladyfinger cookies at the grocery store, and they worked just fine. I think doubling the coffee/rum mixture helped soften them so that it would not be crunchy. Next time I will make it in a smaller pan with more layers so that there's more to each bite. I will definitely be making this again soon!
