Fluffy Pancakes

Easy to make, I had buttermilk at hand so I used that instead of using the vinegar/milk. Very good, my kids loved it. Thanks for sharing.

My husband loved this as well as our guests! I did crack on top and I followed the recipe as instructed, but I think I probably overbeat it don't know. It didn't really matter, I heated up some jelly and mixed it with the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc and it was great! Will make again

Super Bowl Bites

I did as other reviewers did and used only half of the onion soup mix. The only problem I had was that the bottom of the bun was crunchy and hard. Is there something else I should do to make them soft?? I used lean meat, was that the problem? Thanks anyways.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I loved this pie, but I am only giving it 4 stars. The only thing I will change is the apples, my brother in law suggested I use Fiji apples next time. I will try that. I also added some cinammon and chopped walnuts and more flour, didn't seem like it got thick enough for me. Delicious recipe. will try again.

Cola Pot Roast II

I used others reviews and used my crock pot, way more easier. I did change some as other reviews stated. I didn't have any brown gravy so I used some beef broth and cornstarch to thicken it up. I added some onions, fresh mushrooms, baby carrots and potatoes. Yes it did need more flavor though, I will do again, but add some more seasoning to it. My kids and husband liked it. Thanks for sharing.

Basic Cream Cheese Frosting

Everyone loved it, but when putting it on the cake it just seemed a little soft so it was sliding down the cake. Had to put it in the fridge right away. Probably just add a little more sugar, next time.

Chicken Pot Pie I

I added a 1/2 can of celery soup and it still seemed to need more, next time I will add the whole can and I did put cubed potatoes. But it was ok, my husband said to tweak it a bit more, I think I will do that.

Special Buttercream Frosting

Pecan Pie V

This recipe was ok. I followed it the recipe w/out changing anything and it was better the next day. Not a pretty pie, if I make it again I will do what another person said. I will add pecans at the end before baking. If you don't, it will look like a foamy brown pie.

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

I did take the advice of others and cut the OJ to 1/4 cup and added 4 TBS of cornstarch, it was still a bit soupy.I didn't add all the sauce that was leftover I had to use a slotted spoon; overall it tasted GREAT. My husband and his family loved it.
