Shortbread Cookies II

Chicken and Dumplings II

I have always had a hard time making drop dumplings...but these turned out good...even in my slowcooker pot. Would also work well as a baked topping for a version of chicken pot pie.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

great with roast or ground beef...made a quicker version with ground beef in a skillet. Turned out great...Put the leftovers in omlettes the next day with cheese...two great meals...

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

i used fat free evaporated milk and reduced fat peanut butter in this recipe...everyone ate it in one day...and i did not feel bad because i cut down on the calories...

Roasted Pork Loin

This is a simple and delicious way to make a roast...I prefer thyme to rosemary, which works just as well...the leftovers made great pork fried rice the next day.
