I can't even count them... Expensive duck breasts grilled to a smoking ruin in front of my foodie then-boss who STILL rubs it in, fifteen years later... A marvelous batch of chili ruined when a glass baking dish shattered into it as I added the broiled red peppers... A teenage would-be romantic dinner of kung pao chicken blackened by a bit too much soy sauce...
