Mixture for Meatballs, Meatloaf or Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2006
I used part of the ketchup and steak sauce for the meatballs. They turned out very moist and flavorful. For the meatloaf, I'd suggest adding a lot more ketchup, particularly on top for the baking.

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2004
This is an excellent recipe. The only change I made was to omit the beer and it turned out great. I've marinated it for an hour in the refrigerator and longer, but the extra time isn't necessary. The first time I made it using the broiler, the second using a grill, which definitely helped.

Fiery Pork Skewers

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2004
This is a very flavorful recipe. I made a few changes to suit my needs. First, I used whole pork chops, instead of skewering pieces. And second, I made it on the stove in a frying pan instead of on the grill. In the pan, I used the extra sauce at the very end to give the pork chops a carmelized layer of sauce, which definitely sears in the flavors. Very easy recipe to make, and one that I would definitely recommend. Just the right flavors- not too sweet or spicy.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2003
An excellent recipe for such an easy preparation. Tastes like broccoli cheese soup from a restaurant. Next time I will add a bit more cheese to make it thicker.

Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2003
I used this recipe to make my first holiday meal for my family. It turned out excellent. The taste is amazingly sweet and the recipe is easy to do while cooking other items. Only thing I would change next time would be to not sear it under the broiler at the end. It was perfect without, and burned a bit with.
