Crispy-Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Pretty good cookie overall. I lowered the amount of oats by half a cup since 3 cups seemed like too much and added more cinnamon. Still seemed like it was missing something. I also had to lower the oven temp. to 335 since the bottoms were burning.After that they turned out nice and big.

Garlic Chicken

Awesome Recipe! The only changes i made was to add cayenne to the bread crumbs (we like it spicy) and salt and pepper the chicken first. Next time I might flip it half way through.

this was easy and had good flavor. next time i might decrease the sugar and put some of the sugar/ketchup on top as suggessted by others. I also will saute the onion first since my bf is picky.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

This was really good! I tripled the recipe- 2 for work, 1 for the fam and they loved it. I used 8 cups of Mexican shredded cheese and about 1.5 cups of finely shredded 75% fat free sharp white cheddar. I drained the spinach using a colander and the back of a spoon to get most of the juice out. I also cooked the spinach with the onions. I was a little scared that I didn't dry the spinach enough and also the batter was really thick compared to other quiche batters I have made but it turned out great! My coworkers and family really enjoyed this recipe!

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches

just made this. used less mayo, and spicy mustard instead of regular mustard. also used more mustard than the recipe called for bc i like the tang. the green onions gave nice color but 1/4 cup was too much of a raw onion flavor for me. overall i found it to be okay.

Rainbow Pasta Salad II

Made this for a party & it was a big hit! I used Wishbone Italian salad dressing. I also added 8 oz. of shredded Italian cheese & 6 oz. pepperoni. I also used 5 Roma tomatoes instead of 2 large tomatoes. Thanks - I will definitely make this again!

Ghirardelli® Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies

These were pretty good- not the best I've ever had though. Dough was pretty easy to make, I melted the chips using the microwave. Hardest part was rolling it into a log. If I were to make this again I would probably just roll them into balls. I reduced the sugar to a little more than 3/4 cup and left out the walnuts.

Ricotta Gnocchi

My review is just based on the gnocchi. I wanted to like this, but I just couldn't. The bf really enjoyed it, though. I actually made it twice. The first time I made the gnocchi as is and I found it really salty & the Parmesan flavor was intense. The second time I used more flour - I think too much though. I served it with a tomato vodka cream sauce both times.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

I made this a while ago for a charity chili cook - off for my work and it was tasty! Even though it didn't win, many people voted for this chili. Most couldn't even tell the meat was missing! Thanks!

yum! i added 1/2 tsp almond extract like everyone else. I was 1/4 short of confectioner's sugar, but it still turned out great. I used an electric hand mixer to make things easy.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

They turned out nice and soft. They still turned out tasty even though I made them way too big (recipe only made 26 cookies) I rolled them into large balls before baking and then frosted them with the decorating frosting recipe.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Loved the way these turned out. I made it all in 1 bowl, was too lazy to dirty a bowl & the sifter lol (i hate doing dishes!!!) . I also used half chocolate chunks & half chocolate chips. MMM chocolately. The 1st batch I sprayed the pan w/ Pam & they turned out a little bit to flat/crisp on the edges for my taste so the next batches I didn't grease the pan. Lastly, I made the cookies a little bit smaller than called for. I scooped a good bit of dough w/ my tablespoon measurement. It made 2 dozen.
