This was pretty good... Very different than what I'm used to, but good. I too used Salsa Verde in place of tomatillos, and I added a lot of extra spices - chili powder and red pepper flakes - frankly, it needed the flavor. I had bought a cooked roasted chicken from the supermarket and cut it up - made it very easy. For those of you watching your figure - Made the way I did, it calculates at 5 weight watcher PointsPlus per serving.

Papa Felico's Garlic Sausage Bread

This was AWESOME.... A few reviewerssaid that they couldn't keep the toppings on the bread... I bought the wider italian bread, and scooped out some of the bread to make room for the fillings.. It was SOOOOooooo good... Pleased even the toughest palates.. And the Hot Sausage.. Not a big deal.. I bought the premio links, and decased them.. and just fried it up like chop meat.. YUM!!

Quick Chicken And Wine

This chicken is SO GOOD!! I was worried because I love parmesan crusted chicken and couldn't imagine getting it soggy... but Trust Me... This is a KEEPER.. Will make this over and over again!

Cashew Chicken I

This was excellent... I took one reviewer's advice and marinated the chicken in coconut milk for a few hours before cooking.. It made it SOooo yummy!! I will be making this one again.

Creamy Shrimp Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

YUM-O... The tomatoes weren't a big hit, but I did serve the shrimp spread separately with crackers, and Oh My!! It was DELICIOUS. Everyone loved it. Like others have commented, I also used Old Bay seasoning instead of S&P.
