These were good, but did not completely wow me enough for me to give them five stars. Here are some suggestions:
-Use about 5/8 cup peanut butter, in other words slightly more than a half cup. Crunchy does work best to my preference because with smooth peanut butter it ends up tasting more like dough.
-Boil 1.5 minutes, stirring constantly, add next set of ingredients quickly, thoroughly stir, then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Let cookies sit about 5 minutes at room temp before serving.
Note*** is okay to use greasing spray such as PAM brand in place of wax paper, but use it sparingly. Enjoy!
