I leave out the potatoes and use only half the peas that are called for per my family's preference.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

really wonderful. Just watch the red pepper flakes if you are sensitive to heat. The heat is about right for most people, but borderline for me.

This sweet recipe is just perfect with turkey. I leave out the coconut for my family's tastes and it is still delicious.

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
Just wonderful. I followed the advice of reviewer Cyndi12 and used foil packets at 450 degrees. We likesalmon a little on the rare side so I cooked wrapped up in packets for 7 minutes and then uncovered and cooked for 5 minutes more. I served it with asparagus cashew rice pilaf from this site which was also delicious.

Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
This recipe goes great with grilled salmon 1 from this site but is delicious on it's own. My husband usually doesn't care for rice pilaf but in this case was very complimentary and had two servings.

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2010
It is very good. BUT, obviously depends on the quality of the frozen meatballs. I used Armour and didn't like them at all. If I ever get around to making my own then freezing them, this would have been really good. I will double the soup etc to have more gravy.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
I loved the sauce, it is worth making extra for rice or vegetables, but the thighs turned out very dry which was disappointing. Might try using hint to cover with foil the first 30 minutes next time.

Dora's Christmas Cookies

i must have done something wrong as they were tasteless and a little tough. I am not the worlds best baker so probably used too much flour when rolling.
