Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I made this last night for my entire family of 7 and was it a hit, they raved about it being the best which i also agreed as well. I stuck to the recipe except for adding 1 cup of no salt added beef broth instead of the water. I am glad that i did not cut back to using 1 can of soup but used them both because i loved having the extra gravy for another meal. I highly recommend this very tasty pot roast recipe.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I made this recipe tonight due to my daughter highly recommending it. I was very very impressed with it, we loved it so much, it has loads of flavor and the ingredients were spot on with the exception of cutting the sugar back from 1/2 cup to 1/4 and believe me you would never know the difference. I had skinless with bone in chicken breasts in the freezer so i cut them in two. follow the directions closely and you will get raves from your family and friends.

West Coast Trail Cookies
I cannot stop talking about this awesome cookie recipe, I think this should be in the top 10 cookie recipes on this site. It is a very healthy cookie and you can make it healthier by cutting out the white sugar and just add 1 cup of brown as it is still lots sweet enough. Since I have made this recipe a couple of times now, I too the suggestion of the submitter and added 1/2 cup of Whole wheat flour in place of the entire 1 1/2 cups of white flour. I cannot say enough how awesome this cookie is and now all my family and friends are enjoying it too. Thanks Westcoastmom for a truly great cookie recipe.
