Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
YUMMY!!! only changes were out of necessity... I didn't have any mayo on hand so I substituted with miracle whip and used spicy brown mustard. Also used a generous tablespoon of each instead of tsp. Hubby and I at the entire head without blinking. Also, I microwave steamed the cauliflower for about 7 minutes on the raw vegetable setting. New favorite way to eat cauliflower.

I love this recipe. The key for me is English cucumbers sliced VERY, very thinly. Excellent!!!

excellent. Even substituted using my gluten free flour mix and was terrific. Love it for toast in the morning. My non gluten free friends even liked it and asked for the recipe.

Pina Colada Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
Love, love, love these guys! I even substituted the flour for a gluten free flour mix called "Mama's Almond Blend" and didn't have any rum flavoring on hand, so substituted almond flavor instead. They were amazing!! And... they were the best gluten free muffins I'd ever made. So moist!

YUMMY!!!! I got rave reviews with this recipe at a recent potluck dinner. Everyone wanted the recipe and there was none left to take home. Very good, very rich, but with all those calories, it should be!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie VI

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2003
I tried to make this pie on 2 different occassions... both times resulting in horrible failure. I double checked the ingredients and amounts as well as time but somewhere something went terribly wrong. Would not attempt again.

Mom's Butter Tarts

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2002
I had lost my mom's recipe for butter tarts and this one seemed similar in ingredients from what I remembered... however the temp settings must be too high or too long because I followed the recipe exactly and have an oven thermometer and they came out as crispy critters... did the 2nd batch at 400 for only about 12 minutes and although not quite so "burnt" flavoring was blaw...
