Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2003
This was pretty good, but I had way too much filling left over. Next time I will use eight chicken breasts or cut the filling in half.

Caramel Crispy Treats II

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2003
This was delicious and sooo easy! Much tastier (and I'm sure more fattening) than the plain crispy treats. Next time I will not add the chocolate topping. Ended up scraping it off because the topping was overbearing and we couldn't really tasty anything else. Some may enjoy the extra chocolate, but my family asked that I leave it off next time. Otherwise, fantastic, easy recipe. Thanks, Cheryl, for helping me break my new year's resolution with this one! LOL :)

Cranberry Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2003
Easy and delicious! The flavors go extremely well together. I used chicken breasts and they came out very moist! Hubby loved it and asked me to fix it again. I served Rosemary potatoes (on this site) along side the chicken with a green salad. Great for any night of the week as well as serving to company. Will definitely use this one again. Thanks for sharing, Heather!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2003
DON'T prepare this one unless you're ready to eat the whole pan!! My family doesn't care for tuna, but I doubled the recipe and there wasn't a spoonful left. Excellent, easy recipe (not to mention delicious!) Shame on you Chris! I'll probably gain 10 pounds with this one! :)

Farmer's Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2003
I added a half of a fresh red pepper (chopped) on the top of this casseroel before baking. Very colorful and tasty. I think it would have been too bland without the red pepper. Next time I think I'll add mushrooms and red pepper flakes to zip up the taste a bit. Otherwise, very easy and great for a quick breakfast or dinner.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2003
Great way to prepare chicken and the flavor is outstanding! Guests raved and family asked me to fix it again. Thought there might be too much garlic in the recipe, but it gave it just enough flavor. Only complaint was that I had way too much of the crumb mixture leftover. I will cut it in half next time. Oterwise, an incredible recipe. Thanks Amy.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2003
This was fantastic. VERY easy and delicious! I doubled the recipe and still had NO leftovers. I put mine over white rice and added a few jalepenos. It's plenty spicy by itself, but I added a little more heat. My family says to give this one 6 thumbs up!!

Southern Praline Pecan Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2003
Wish I could give this one more than 5 stars! Fantastic, although I couldn't find the butter pecan cake mix and used butter yellow cake in its place. Still turned out great! I also heeded the previous advice and used a little less oil and water. Very easy and looks like you spent all day cooking! Thanks for this one, Debbie. It's a keeper!!

Get a Husband Brunswick Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2003
Absolutely the BEST stew I've ever had! I was a little sceptical when reading the ingredients and noticed there were no potatos, but WOW! The only change I made was that I left out the chicken and added stew meat that I floured and browned before adding to the mixture. Hubby loved it too. Thanks for sharing this one!
