Hungarian Mushroom Soup
I made the recipe with couple of minor tweaks and everyone really enjoyed it. Being an Orthodox Jew, I couldn't use chicken broth along with milk so I've used no-chicken broth instead. I also used 1/2 cup of heavy cream along with 1/2 of milk to add more flavor. In addition, I've used lemon pepper spice instead of plain black pepper. All in all, it was very easy to make and I would highly recommend it.
