I used Tinkyada gluten free pasta, and subbed oat flour for the all purpose flour. Delicious (and gluten free!)

Excellent marinade! I prefer bone in/skin on chicken pieces, because they have more flavor than boneless skinless breasts. After marinating chicken overnight, I grill w indirect heat - comes out perfect. Thanks!

Cranberry Salsa

I made this just exactly as it is written. It was perfect with our deep fried turkey! It would also be delicious mixed with cream cheese and served with crackers. Thanks for a great recipe!
