I used Tinkyada gluten free pasta, and subbed oat flour for the all purpose flour. Delicious (and gluten free!)

Balsamic Chicken
Excellent marinade! I prefer bone in/skin on chicken pieces, because they have more flavor than boneless skinless breasts. After marinating chicken overnight, I grill w indirect heat - comes out perfect. Thanks!
