Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

This was really a great entertaining dish. I used fresh Bratwurst and another interesting sausage (feta/spinach) from my butcher. I did a potluck and had my guests bring a salad and dessert. What a relaxed but delicious evening! Perhaps the best part, in the morning, I cut up the leftovers into little bits and made the most delicious fritatta ever! (just search for frittata recipes) Wa-bam-bam - two fab meals for the work of barely one! Thanks for posting!!!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This was lip smacking good!! I used a natural Root beer with cane sugar and no chemicals. Paired it with a natural root beer float and waffle fries, veggies and dip. My kids are picky picky and asked for seconds (one has never eaten pork!). I used little buns so they were like sliders and put lettuce and pickles on too. Thanks so much for posting. This would be FANTASTIC for a large group. One of my all time faves! Definitely put this on your "to try" list.

Creamy Italian Dressing II

Delicious! The only salad dressing my daughter has ever eaten for the first time and loved. She actually didn't eat my chili supper and asked for salad seconds! My 7 yr old even remarked, "You never hear that!" So thanks for posting. (PS I ran out of mayo so filled it out a bit with some half and half cream - worked well). I used my Magic Bullet to mix it. It kind of emulsified beautifully giving it a bit of "grab" on the salad.
