Quinoa and Black Bean Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
This quinoa chili is amazing! I made a few changes for my personal taste as well as what I had in the house. This is just as good, if not BETTER than my turkey meat chili that is a staple in this house. I'll return to this recipe in the future.

Too sweet for my liking...I would most likely make this recipe again without the honey and roasted the garlic...

Vegetable and Tofu Stir-fry

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2012
Yeah! This is pretty good. :) I will definately use it again with my subs. I baked the tofu, steamed the veggies, and used liquid aminos in place of soy sauce. I also used chicken stock in place of water and sauteed the ginger/garlic in a small pan then added the sauce mixture to it. Once everything was ready, i tossed it all together in a large pan for just a moment to heat through. Served with brown rice :-> Thank you for this recipe. It was a great starting point for me and I hope that my additions will assist someone else! xo

Peanut Butter Cookies IX

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
the cookies are pretty good, but not mind blowing. PLEASE leave them on the cookie sheet for a minute or two after removing from the oven. If you don't they WILL crumble into a thousand horrible (but tasty) pieces. :)

Maria's Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
Tasted great! Loved the simple ingredients. I chose to use chicken instead of steak and rice vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. I also added some freshly grated ginger. My boyfriend LOVED it and commented on how good it was about three times.
