Slow Cooker Apple Crisp
My husband only had one serving of this because I ate the rest before he had a chance. I used 1/2 Granny Smith and 1/2 Fiji. I didn't have any ginger on hand so went without. I only had dark brown sugar and it was fine. I will make again.

Sweet and Sour Drumettes
These were so delicious! I have never made drumsticks before and wow! I made drumsticks and thighs. I didn't want to heat up the house with the oven so I wrapped them in foil and cooked on the grill. YUM! Only two drumsticks were left over and I put them in the toaster oven to heat up for a snack the next day. Wish there had been more left over! Sauce was a little thin, next time I'll add a little more flour or cornstarch. There will be a next time.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
I Love this recipe! I made my own buttermilk with lemon juice and added a little bit more sugar. I tasted the first pancake and tasted the egg, maybe it was just me! I added maple syrup to my mix and they were perfect! I usually add syrup to my batter but wanted to try one without it first. I do not like syrup ON my pancakes but IN them is fine! It gives a sweet taste without the mess. I also add syrup to the egg mixture of my french toast for the same reason. I love how much batter was left over. In the morning all I have to do is cook. My pan is on the stove waiting for morning! Thank you for this recipe!
