Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2007
My husband LOVED this dish, and I liked too, tho I was skeptical at first because of it's simplicity, it is a perfect dish for anyone who loves a tender porkchop!

Baked Tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2007
You really gotta like garlic and onion more than fish to like this recipe, I didn't get the bland thing most talked about, all I tasted was garlic & onion. The Broiled Tilipia Parmesan from Phoebe on this site is much better than this recipe, I gave it three stars because my hubby liked it, but I will stick to the other recipe from now on!

Grilled Ham Steak

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2007
I didn't change a thing about this recipe, and it was perfect. I would suggest to others not to have your grill too hot, as the sugar in the glaze will burn easily. Thanks for an easy delicious recipe!

Rosemary's Burger

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
I loved this recipe, and I didn't cut back on the butter, I didn't think I would even taste the butter, but you can! I did a little more garlic, and a pinch more salt, these were really tasty!

Best Hamburger Ever

Reviewed: May 2, 2007
Well, maybe not the BEST Hamburger EVER, but a good start. Adding the onion, and also the dry onion soup packet, left a real "oniony" taste in your mouth, instead of a "meaty" taste, will be sure to leave out one of the onion parts next time, though onion lovers will like this recipe as is!

Banana Pudding I

Reviewed: May 2, 2007
This is the best Banana Pudding Recipe, no leftovers in my house! I'm not sure why some had problems with this recipe, maybe they tried to rush it, you can tell by the end of cooking, if it will set or not. Low temperature is the key. This pudding is just like my Grandma's, delicious! I will NEVER make it with instant pudding again. WOW YUMMY!

Cloggers' Delight Salad

Reviewed: May 2, 2007
I loved this salad, only I made it with the Broccoli Slaw that you can buy pre-shredded, it kept crisper than I think the shredded cabbage would, and tasted even better the next day, I also added the Ramen Noodle seasoning packet with the vinegar/oil mix and used sesame oil because it adds great flavor to any salad.

Sweet-and-Sour Skewered Shrimp

Reviewed: May 2, 2007
This is a great tasting, yet simple recipe that anyone could try. I didn't have the pineapple preserves, so I used apricot preserves instead, and it still was great, we will be making these shrimp all summer long!

Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2007
This is "the perfect" asparagus recipe. Easy, quick, nutritious, delicious and you can add your own touch without messing anything up. I have added a Tbsp of slivered almonds on top, or a Tbsp of shredded fontinella cheese, but it is great as written, we make this dish weekly.

Candied Kielbasa

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2007
This was really good, but since I sliced the kielbasa pretty thin, I cooked the sauce for the 45 min without the sausage, then added the sausage and cooked 15 minutes longer, and it was perfect. I think the sausage would have been over-cooked the way it is written in this recipe, so I only gave it 4 stars

Easy Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
Love this salad, I had no leftovers, I used a little more corn and I didn't use the veggies because I was afraid the picky eaters in the house wouldn't eat it, the end result was still awesome, I added one hard boiled egg chopped, a little celery salt, and about 1 tsp of chopped rosemary too, it was even better the next day!

Baked Creamed Corn II

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
This is a pretty good recipe, I made it as written the first time and it was good, but the second time I mixed the cheese into the corn mixture and topped it with the cracker crumbs mixed with 2-3 Tbsp of melted butter, and it was GREAT! The picky eaters in my house loved this dish!

Zippy Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2007
Yummy! These deviled eggs were a huge hit, the hot sauce and chili sauce added something extra to a usually mild dish, yet these were not hot at all. If you put ketchup or hot sauce on your scrambled eggs, then you will LOVE this appetizer!

Lemon-Curry Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2007
Sorry but these eggs were bad, no one ate them, you just cannot replace good old-fashioned mayo with sour cream in a deviled egg dish, very bland.

Grilled Scallops

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2007
These were pretty good, a little "oniony" will probably cut back on the onion next time and add a little more garlic, but no complaints, will make again!

Saucy Herb Hamburgers

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2007
WHAT A NICE CHANGE FROM THE REGULAR HAMBURGER! This is a great recipe, more like a grilled meatloaf than hamburger, the sauce was great, and I served it with smokey cheddar cheese, and bacon on top, even my three yr old loved it! A KEEPER FOR SURE!
