Italian Spinach Sausage Pie

Extremely tasty. I modified it by taking out one of the packages of spinach, eliminating the top crust and added sauteed mushrooms and onions and some parmesan cheese to it. Definitely a Man-quiche!

Sweetened Whipped Cream

I would have baked for maybe closer to the 16 minutes. We went 17 and it was a little dry. Added a cup of reconstituted raisins, a tsp of vanilla and topped the muffins with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar in the raw before baking, otherwise they turned out pretty good!

Orange Juice Jelly

I used fresh squeezed juice, and tried to get it to set twice, without any success. On a positive note, it makes a wonderful glaze for Orange Chicken which we had for dinner tonight...
