Chicken Marsala

If I could change this recipe, I'd double the sauce! It was fantastic! I didn't have sherry, so I used all Marsala, used about 1 1/2 cups to get more sauce. I wondered what this would be like without cream, it was great. We are gluten free. Used gluten free flour. Served with mashed potatoes. My family loved it. Thanks for posting!

Valentino's Pizza Crust

I love this crust. The second time I made it; I added a tablespoon of white corn syrup to the dough and rubbed the exposed crust with additional olive oil adding to the crispy texture.

Norwegian Meatballs

I only had 1/2 & 1/2 so I used that in place of the heavy cream. I added a pince of each spice to the sauce as well and it was excellent! Thank you!

Butter Roast Chicken

Half way through the sauce preparation I realized I didn't have any lemons so I substituted 1/4 cup balsamic instead. It was great and the chicken skin was the color of mahagony. My husband raved about it too. Thanks for sharing the recipe Elizabeth

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

I haven't made this recipe, but it reminds me of the roasts my mom made years ago. The only difference is it was incased in foil and baked in the oven. She added small onions and she sprinkled an envelope of onion soup over the roast before sealing the foil.
